At Solluna, we are committed to delivering your aromatic products quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below:

Overview

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over €85! Once your order is placed, you can expect it to ship within 3-7 business days. Please note, processing times may vary during sales or new product launches.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be scanned into the carrier system.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the provided shipping address. Solluna is not liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to delivery issues.

International Shipping

All packages are shipped from our studio in Spain. For international shipments, including orders to United States, the United Kingdom, and the rest of the world, please note that customs duties or additional fees may apply. These costs are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility to cover.

Preorders

Preorders will be shipped in the order they are received. The estimated shipping date will be listed in the product details. Please be aware that these dates are estimates and may change without notice.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-ordered items, the entire package will ship when all items are available.

For faster delivery, we recommend placing two separate orders: one for pre-order items and one for in-stock items.
